We are a fast-growing custom print shop specializing in t-shirts, DTF printing, embroidery, and custom apparel.
We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals who enjoy working with people, design, and sales.

POSITION 1: STORE + DESIGN ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers in the store

  • Make simple design edits (background removal, color changes, layout adjustments)

  • Create mockups and get customer approval

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Help with printing/press work during downtime

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar)

  • Comfortable communicating with customers

  • Fast learner and detail-oriented

  • Able to multitask in a busy environment

  • English communication required

Job Details

  • Part-time (18 hours per week)

  • $16 per hour

POSITION 2: SALES / OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE

Job Responsibilities

  • Find and approach new customers (schools, businesses, organizations, etc.)

  • Promote our custom printing services (t-shirts, DTF, embroidery, etc.)

  • Build relationships and bring in new orders

  • Provide weekly updates on leads and progress

Requirements

  • Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable talking to new people and businesses

  • Sales experience is a plus (not required)

  • Strong communication skills

Job Details

  • Part-time (12 hours per week)

    • 2 hours in-store (weekly meeting)

    • 10 hours outside (customer outreach)

  • $16 per hour + 10% commission on closed orders

Example:
Close a $1,000 order → Earn $100 bonus
