Position Title: Sales Representative (Field-Based – Custom Apparel & Printing)

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to promote and sell our custom printing services and products.
Your role will include visiting local businesses, building relationships, and generating new orders for:
- Custom T-shirts
- Hats & Caps
- DTF Film & Materials
- Embroidery Services
- Other custom print solutions
Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and introduce our services
- Generate new sales and orders
- Build long-term client relationships
- Represent our brand professionally
- Attend a weekly 1-hour in-store meeting
Work Schedule
- Minimum: 16 hours per week
- 1 hour in-store meeting (required)
- Remaining hours: flexible, self-managed field work
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- Additional performance-based bonuses (per order)
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Sales experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable with field work
Preferred: Female candidates
