Cases Eligible for Refunds or Exchange:
 1. Products with tears, scratches, or stains.
 2. Peeling or non-sticking in the printing area. 
 3. Incorrect information regarding colors or sizes provided during the purchase phase.
Situations Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund:
 1. Refunds or exchanges are not possible for DTF prints due to their inherent characteristics.
 2. Buyer-induced errors such as wrong size or color during purchase. 
3. Print quality issues in custom photos may arise from low-quality images, with prior warnings issued before printing. 
4. Errors like wrong addresses or undelivered packages unrelated to our service. 
5. Late deliveries caused by weather conditions or postal service issues.
